It sounds like an improvement to me. All anyone ever complained about was this game being a grind fest, now they're fixing it. |

Even more epic, you can get up to 45 AP resets in total on your account if you have 3 characters in the level ranges of 30-49 50-69 70+ You get 10/15/20 AP resets for those level ranges and it's amazing how Nexon didn't deem this as a "Glitch" lol Also Level 181

Assuming you haven't done it already or figured it out put 1 AP into HP AP Reset out of MP and put it into the main stat you want. I was able to get the lvl 30-49 package today by getting my FM mule to 30, HP washed some more, I'm sitting at 17096 HP unbuffed now. Also to anyone planning on making a DB for the lulz or whatever, DO NOT START HIM AT LEVEL 30, if you are given the option. While you do get all the AP and SP as if you level'd up to 30, lolNexon decided to neglect the +HP and +MP bonuses you get from Job Advancing. This means that your lvl 30 DB will be ~500 HP and ~200 MP LOWER than if you just started from level 1 and level'd up to 30 by yourself. Edited by Dark Link, Jul 24 2010, 03:49 AM.

So I managed to finally recover Paperboy7! Too bad level 39 can be done in a day at this point. It was kind of a tricky process, but helpful if anyone was in the same boat as me. First I had to figure out what email I used to sign up, it was some random spam email I made years ago. You have to log in to another account and go to the Charge NX page and save the link. Then log into the other account and paste the link. It will bring you a page that shows your email. Then I realized hotmail had deleted the old email. So I created an email with the same name, and Nexon sent the pin recovery to that email. Anyway, I came at this game hard and now I just quit really abruptly again (Dit from 22 to 51 and Cleric from 1 to 51 in a little over a week I think, maybe slightly longer). I have pretty much no desire to play, because I don't feel like the game is nearly rewarding enough and the social aspect isn't as fun as it used to be for me. Grinding solo to get to higher levels to...well grind more? Not enough of a reward. And that's compounded by the fact that I don't feel like I can train unless I'm at 2x or 4x, which is costing more money than a subscription to any other far superior MMORPG. Getting boned by that stupid hacker revert thing was the final nail. I had gone from 45 to 51 on my Cleric for the Ring Event and it just was ridiculous that they had to reset the game. I'll probably come back after the Big Bang event and check things out again, especially considering the easier leveling and massive Shadower buffs. |

I play it as a substitute for DotA while I wait for my busy school schedule to kick my face in. I made a DB. And despite your advice DL I started by following a guide and I'll stick to it. lol It's fine. It's just once you hit lvl 30 and get to 2nd job+, you get a Mobbing skill AND a single target skill, which both outdo Double and Triple stab. The only thing though is if you're willing to spend 2.9k NX on maxing out Slash Storm. If you don't, then you're fine, I'm more so following the NX build, which is neglecting both Stabs and putting all your points into making Fatal Blow and Slash Storm your main attacking skills. @NFK, Big Bang will definitely bring a lot of players back with the entire revamp system. The EXP grind doesn't start until 140s or 150s in BBP1, while it starts in the 100s or 120s in our current state. I'm definitely looking toward it even with the changes to Paladins. |

Max Slash Storm is a requirement for Bloody Storm (which is one of your best skills). Fatal Blow is better for 1v1. Triple Stab is better for 1v2, 1v3, and 1v4. Slash Storm is better for 1v5 and 1v6. Also, every single guide says triple stab is the way to go, so that's why it's the route I chose. Tayl is following your advice (and I'll agree, it does have merit and some serious potential to be the better hardcore build). If she succeeds better than I, then maybe I'll write my own SP guide for the hardcore Dualblader. Your credit or even co-author would be appreciated, if it does come to that. |

So I just started playing again and I kind of want my old maplestory back. This new one is weird and I'm not used to it at all. I don't get what class type branches into what jobs and idk, it's just weird and confusing. |

Well it's easier and more streamlined now. The big bang (the huge patch thing that changed a lot) really improved the game overall, for the most part. |
