A lot of people here have some pretty weird screen names so I wanted to know where they're from. As for me, I put "Bacon" as my MKDS screename as a joke and because I could actually draw a piece of bacon in the emblem thing. My mom suggested I add eggs to it so it became "EGGS&BACON." When I joined Blue Diamond Clan in January 2006, I just put "Bacon&Eggs" and I use that for everything else now. I would use "Bacon&Eggs" here but Zetaboards doesn't allow ampersands. |

er... it does but I have it turned off >.> When I was a kid my younger brother used to call me nix before he could pronounce Nicholas. This nickname carried on into my after-school activities like Boy Scouts, but I dropped it in HS. I used to think mythical creatures were really cool, especially the ones that could fly. My first real online gaming account I guess would be on Neopets, where I named myself nix_23 and my pets all variations of nix. I had a Pteri (the little bird guy) and I used a Pants-On-Fire paintbrush on him, and called him phoenix. When I eventually signed up at Gamespot and other similar sites (like GFaqs from which I came here), I used the phoenix alias, often with my basketball jersey number (23). Er... and there are other things too. Favourite basketball team is Phoenix, for example, and it was even before I landed on "phoenix" as a internet alias. |

first username was Naruto - that came from me being obsessed with it for awhile at a younger age. anyway, then KopyKat said i should change it to Wonton Soup, but thought it was spelled Wanton for some reason. anyway, once he confirmed that it was in fact 'Wonton,' i kept it at the original spelling because wanton has a completely different meaning that wonton, and i like it. |

MLS stands for Mario Link Samus, which are my favourite video game characters. I'm also known as MLS1221, and the 122171 came from a friend of mine who used to have an account with 122171 on the end of it |

Before I had any true contacts on the internet, my friend started playing on Xbox Live, and called himself QcRage. It sounded alright, and seemed like an alright way to get people from Quebec o spot you on sight. So I quickly came up with my own variant, QcStorm, and used it on the internet. I don't really like it anymore, but since I gained a bit of fame under that name, I live with it. |

Played lots of civ 3, Persians were best, and everyone called me Xerxes because thatts what the default name is for you when you're persians. Stuck with it. |

When I was making my gmail account, I was in like 7th grade so naturally I tried to think of a cool word to make it. The first that came to mind was 'spasmodic', which was the name of a pretty neat level in Super Monkey Ball 2. Unfortunately, this name was taken, so after confirming that 'spasmodia' was not the name of a horrible disease on google, I went with it instead. I've used it since, except for on Youtube, where spasmodia was taken for some reason. I used shatterbelt there instead, which is another "cool term" I knew from 9th grade History (still that age). I still like the name now, but were I forced to create a new username it'd be something different. |

 Sir +  Kibble +  a dash of dreamland + The first two numbers possible taken + aesthetic choice in leaving out the blank and not capitalizing =  sirkibble2! Sir Kibble was my favorite baddies in Kirby's Dreamland 2 (which is one of my favorite games) so instead of naming myself after Kirby, I decided to go with sirkibble2 and it's stuck and I use it on every website I go on except with Facebook. sirkibble was taken on GFAQ's so I had to go with sirkibble1 or 2 and 1 sounded stupid so I went with 2. I still haven't met sirkibble... |

I have only had 3 names on the internet. The main one is this one pureskillz. Thats basically because I pefer skill based games over ones that relie heavily on luck and or cheapness(cheap AI not actual people). Then there is -Go-kcuf-yourself- which i have used back in the day for chatrooms(we are talking ten years ago and on one peticular website. I just think it reflects a certain part of my personality. well back in the day I used SHU-MAN because that's what my parents had called me from an early age. It's derived from my first name (joSHUa) and eventually it got shortened down to SHU, and this is the only site that i've ever used the name for. so yeah |
